This Policy applies to all registered users of the Platform, including:

  • Experts

By creating or using an account on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

3. User-Initiated Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time, subject to:

3.1 How to Request Deletion

Users may request deletion through:

  • Platform account settings (where available)

The Platform may require reasonable identity verification before processing deletion requests.


3.2 What Happens After Deletion

Once deletion is processed:

  • Account access may be permanently disabled
  • Public profile visibility may be removed
  • Active session access may terminate
  • Certain platform features may become inaccessible
  • Some user-generated content may no longer remain publicly visible

Deletion may be irreversible.

Users are encouraged to retain copies of important information before requesting deletion.

The Platform is not obligated to permit reactivation or recreation of previously deleted accounts.

An account may be considered inactive where there is prolonged absence of meaningful activity.

Meaningful activity may include:

  • Booking or attending sessions
  • Conducting Expert sessions
  • Updating profile information
  • Subscription activity
  • Platform messaging or interactions

7.1 Inactive Account Actions

Where reasonably appropriate, the Platform may:

  • Restrict inactive accounts
  • Archive account information
  • Delete inactive accounts after extended inactivity

The Platform reserves discretion regarding inactivity management timelines.


8. User Responsibilities Before Deletion

HappinessCue® may not be able to restore deleted information after processing.

The Platform does not assume responsibility for maintaining Expert records beyond reasonable operational or legal requirements.


10. Privacy & Security

Information retained after deletion continues to be subject to commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect against:

  • Unauthorised access
  • Misuse
  • Loss
  • Disclosure

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Users remain responsible for protecting:

  • Devices
  • Email accounts
  • Login credentials

prior to deletion.


11. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Monitoring

The Platform may retain limited information after deletion where reasonably necessary to:

  • Detect suspicious activity
  • Prevent fraud

  • Operational consequences of deletion

  • User failure to retain necessary records

Users request deletion entirely at their own discretion and responsibility.
