We identify patterns of distraction - constant tab-switching, reliance on chatbots for quick fixes, or losing motivation without immediate results. Counsellors teach students practical techniques like time-blocking, digital detox breaks, and mindfulness anchors to restore focus naturally.

Students learn how to use AI tools intentionally - for productivity, not procrastination - and how to create study environments that minimize mental fatigue. Parents are guided on how to encourage structure and consistency without creating digital conflict at home.

These sessions gently retrain the mind to stay present - because true learning needs time, attention, and patience.
