We help learners understand that AI can enhance learning but must not replace personal effort or originality. Counsellors discuss plagiarism, over-assistance, and the importance of critical thinking in an age of automation. Students learn to use AI for support - brainstorming, summaries, or concept clarity - while maintaining ownership of their academic output.
