Exams often test more than knowledge - they test nerves. At HappinessCue, our Exam Anxiety Support sessions help students manage pre-exam stress, fear, and overthinking through guided emotional coaching and practical preparation strategies.

We teach calming techniques like controlled breathing, self-talk reframing, and mindful relaxation. Counsellors also help students plan revision schedules that balance effort with rest, preventing burnout and blanking out.

For those struggling with perfectionism or fear of judgment, sessions include reflective exercises to shift focus from pressure to progress. Parents learn how to support calmly - by offering reassurance, not reminders.

Our goal is to help students walk into exams feeling steady, confident, and mentally prepared - not tense or exhausted. When the mind is calm, clarity naturally follows.
