Comparing oneself to others has become second nature in academic life - grades, ranks, even college choices. At HappinessCue, our Peer Comparison Stress sessions help students free themselves from the constant pressure of measuring up.

We explore how comparison affects self-esteem and motivation, often creating anxiety and resentment. Counsellors guide students through self-awareness and gratitude practices that rebuild confidence and appreciation for personal progress.
