Sessions also focus on managing jealousy, insecurity, or loneliness without guilt. We teach digital empathy: how tone, timing, and response speed affect connection quality. Couples design shared rituals - movie nights, care packages, or online reflection sessions - to keep presence alive.

When visits happen, counsellors help plan realistic transitions, avoiding idealisation or post-reunion letdown.
