Constant irritation drains energy and erodes relationships. At HappinessCue, our Chronic Irritability & Frustration Tolerance sessions focus on understanding the subtle anger that hides in everyday life - the kind that feels “justified” but exhausting.

We start by recognising emotional and physical patterns of irritability: tension, restlessness, or the sense that “everything annoys me.” Counsellors then identify root causes - chronic stress, unmet needs, or sensory overload - and teach emotional release strategies that prevent buildup.

Sessions include cognitive defusion (seeing thoughts, not fusing with them), small relaxation rituals, and reframing perspectives to increase tolerance. We also work on balancing expectations and perfectionism, common sources of persistent frustration.

You’ll learn that patience isn’t passivity - it’s power over reaction.
