We begin by mapping your workplace reality - what feels affirming, what feels unsafe, and what can change. Counsellors teach assertive yet diplomatic communication, boundary-setting, and self-advocacy skills. We also explore emotional fatigue from masking or misgendering experiences and introduce restorative self-care tools.

If you choose to engage HR or leadership, sessions guide you on phrasing, timing, and professional documentation. We equally help allies, managers, and HR teams understand inclusive policy and everyday respect.
