We begin by identifying internal motivators behind overworking - perfectionism, fear of failure, or avoidance of emotional emptiness. Counsellors guide you to set healthy limits, delegate, and rediscover the “self” that exists beyond professional performance.

Sessions also address burnout symptoms - fatigue, irritability, detachment - and introduce grounding and recovery rituals that promote calm productivity.
