The digital world can both connect and consume. At HappinessCue, our Digital & Social Media Impact sessions help teens understand how constant online engagement affects their mood, focus, and self-esteem.

We teach media mindfulness - how to scroll consciously, set screen boundaries, and detach self-worth from likes and follows. Counsellors help teens recognise the emotional triggers of overuse: comparison, FOMO, or cyberbullying.

Sessions encourage balance, not restriction - using the digital space positively while protecting mental health.

When you learn to control your screen, you also learn to protect your peace.
