Confidence at work isn’t about volume - it’s about presence. At HappinessCue, our Workplace Confidence & Self-Advocacy sessions help professionals find their authentic voice and use it effectively in teams, meetings, and growth discussions.

We help you identify internal blocks - fear of conflict, imposter syndrome, or past invalidation - and replace them with grounded self-assurance. Counsellors teach assertive communication, healthy boundary-setting, and how to advocate for recognition or opportunity without guilt.

Through guided exercises, you learn to articulate strengths, handle feedback, and communicate boundaries clearly.
