We explore early warning signs - exhaustion, irritability, disengagement - and guide individuals in rebuilding their boundaries, time priorities, and inner motivation. Counsellors also introduce stress-regulation tools such as cognitive restructuring, mindfulness breaks, and purpose reorientation.
